Q. How much is the entrance for children?

A. Supervised children under 15 are eligible for FREE entrance.

 

Q. Do we have to pre-book our entrance tickets?

A. No, just turn up FREE entry!

 

Q. Do we have to pre-book our table in the restaurant?

A. It is highly recommended to pre-book online, but not always necessary.

 

Q. Do we have to pre-order our food from the Winning Post Restaurant menu?

A. Yes, just choose your dishes when you book online or phone the office -  it is essential that you pre-order your menu to avoid disappointment.

 

Q. Do you have any special offers?

A. We have regular special offers, please check our website, like us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter to receive all of our up to date offers.

 

Q. How many races are there?

A. We have between 10-14 races on an average morning, afternoon, or evening.

 

Q. What is the dress code for the Winning Post Restaurant?

A. The dress code for the restaurant is smart-casual.                                                                                     

 

Q. Can we book a taxi on the night?

A. It is highly recommended that you pre-book your taxi before you arrive at Henlow Racing.

 

Q. Do you have private boxes in the restaurant?

A. We do not have private boxes at Henlow Racing.

 

Q. Can we reserve tables in the Savana Bar or the Savana Bistro?

A. At Henlow Racing we operate a first-come-first-seated policy.

 

Q. Can I book my evening out at Henlow Racing online?

A. Yes, you can book the restaurant or a Six Pack Party Offer or My Voucher online, just click one of our ‘Book Your Evening Out Now!’ buttons on our website.

 

Q. What are the office opening times?

A. Main Office & Restaurant Booking - Open: Monday-Friday 10am-4pm & Saturday 10am-1pm

Any messages received after the office closes will be responded to the next working day.

 

Q. Is there a vegetarian food option in the Six Pack Party Offer?

A. Yes, we offer Veggie Burgers on request.

 

Q. Do you race in bad weather?

A. We race all year round, in all weathers. Only in extreme circumstances will the racing be abandoned or cancelled and we will endeavour to notify customers on our website or via social media.

 

Q. How long will I have to wait for my Sponsorship photograph and DVD?

A. It can take up to a week for the delivery.

 

Q. Can we pre-order our wine before we arrive?

A. Of course, please call our Main Office on 01462 851850 to order your wine ready for your arrival.

 

Q. Is coffee/tea included on the  Meal Menu?

A. They are extra, coffee and tea are both £1.00.
