This Privacy Policy sets Henlow Racing Limited Trading as Henlow Dogs’ policy with respect to information that can be associated with or which relates to a person and/or could be used to identify a person ("Personal Data") that is collected from Users on or through the Services. We take the privacy of your Personal Data seriously. Because of that, we have created this Privacy Policy. Please read this Privacy Policy as it includes valuable information regarding your Personal Data and other information. 

"Non-Personal Data" as used in this Privacy Policy is therefore any information that does not relate to a person and/or cannot be used to identify a person. When you interact with the Services, we may collect Non-Personal Data. The limitations and requirements in this Privacy Policy on our collection, use, disclosure, transfer and storage/retention of Personal Data do not apply to Non-Personal Data.

 

Type of Information

Information you provide to us (Personal Data): For all Users we collect Personal Data when you voluntarily provide such information to the Services, such as when you register for access to the Booking Services, contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our Email Marketing, surveys or browse or use certain parts of the Services. The Personal Data we may collect includes without limitation your name, address, email address and other information that enables Users to be personally identified. 

Information we automatically collect (Non-personal data): We also automatically collect certain technical data that is sent to us from the computer, mobile device and/or browser through which you access the Services ("Automatic Data"). Automatic Data includes without limitation, a unique identifier associated with your access device and/or browser (including, for example, your Internet Protocol (IP) address) characteristics about your access device and/or browser, statistics on your activities on the Services, information about how you came to the Services and data collected through Cookies, Pixel Tags, Local Shared Objects, Web Storage and other similar technologies. When you register for the Services or otherwise submit Personal Data to us, we may associate other Non-Personal Data (including Non-Personal Data we collect from third parties) with your Personal Data. At such instance, we will treat any such combined data as your Personal Data until such time as it can no longer be associated with you or used to identify you. 

 

As an Organiser we will collect additional Personal Data from you. 

Information you provide to us: In some cases, we may collect your credit card information (e.g., your credit card number and expiration date, billing address, etc.), some of which may constitute Personal Data, to secure certain payments. In addition, if you use our payment processing services, we will collect financial information from you (e.g., your bank account information or an address to send checks) as necessary to facilitate payments and information required for tax purposes (e.g. VAT Registration No). 

As a Customer we will collect additional Personal Data from you, sometimes for our own purposes and other times on behalf of an Organiser.

Information you provide via Henlow Dogs Properties or Applications: If you register for a paid event, you will provide financial information (e.g., your credit card number and expiration date, billing address, etc.) some of which may constitute Personal Data. In addition, Organisers can set up event registration pages to collect virtually any information from Consumers in connection with registration for an Organiser's event listed on the Services. Henlow Dogs does not control an Organiser's registration process nor the Personal Data that they collect. Personal Data collected on behalf of Organisers is provided to the Organiser of the applicable event in accordance with "How We Disclose and Transfer Your Personal Data: Organisers" below. 

Information we obtain from other sources: We may also collect or receive Personal Data from third party sources, such as Organisers, other Consumers, social media or other third-party integrations, your credit card issuing bank, our payment processing partners or other third parties. 

Storing of Information

Our company Web site is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to use their online application, publish our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Wix.com Privacy policy is published on https://www.wix.com/about/privacy.

 

All the Online Booking Data are handled by Our Software Service and Support Partner Programus Limited T/A Optimo on their henlowracing.optimo.systems platform in their Cloud based Storage Servers which complied by The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

All direct payment gateways offered by SagePay and used by our company via our Service provider Programus Ltd (T/A Optimo) adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our Call Centre and its service providers.

Use of Information
 

We collect such Personal and Non-personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide Web Event Booking Online, Call Centre and Walk IN for Booking your events, purchases of packages, confirming the orders, processing payments, submission of Invoices;

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance for the Online Booking and technical support where appropriate.

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalised service-related marketing campaign, BLOGs and promotional offers & messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services; 

  5. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

 

Communication of Information

We may contact you to notify you regarding your Online or Call Centre Booking Details and account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect payment & fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, to send marketing campaign with Offers and relevant information, to send Newsletters and Marketing Leaflet by Postal mail, For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages and postal mail.

Personal Data retention
